Weght Loss Method That Works

As we say goodbye to another festive season it is also time to welcome in those extra pounds that may have accumulated not only over the holiday season itself but also throughout the entire year of 2009.

While it is everyone’s intention to take it easy over the holiday period and be careful of what they eat, it is historically true that the temptations which present themselves will result in the gain of a few pounds. This is on top of the extra weight which is, for the most part, carried by an increasing amount of people in society today, means that, overall, most of us are carrying more weight than is comfortable or healthy for us.

So what to do? The issue of weight loss is a cloudy one with so many options available. The world is full of diets! Pritikin, Atkins, low carb, high carb, protein, gluten free, etc etc etc..... but all diets are not created equal the same as all people are not created the same. So while one type of diet will work for one person it is often the case that the same diet will not necessarily give another person the same amount of weight loss.

Obviously it is not practically or financially viable to try out every diet method on the market in the blind hope that something at some stage will work. So we need to do is to find an approach to weight loss which is based on the practical considerations of examine body types and metabolisms and formulating a plan which suits the individual.

During the course of examining the different body types and their individual abilities to lose weight the inventors of this weight loss plan stumbled on a major consistency which is common to all body types, metabolisms, cultures, races and for that matter eating patterns.

This common trait has opened up a new approach to losing those unwanted pounds which is less about restriction of calories or changes in exercise patterns and more about targeting those areas which allow the body to utilise a newly discovered hormone which occurs naturally in the body to trigger the extra consumption of fat cells. This involves tricking the body into false beliefs on the type of food it needs at different times of the day and causing it to release the necessary nerve impulses to the brain which affects the way our body utilises the fat which is, not only, being put into the body but also being stored in the body.

The only other hurdle to overcome is a major one which affects us all in the pursuit of those goals which are important to us. The hurdle of procrastination!
